Position:  Receptionist / Customer Service for Accommodation Business

Location:  Bairro Alto, Lisbon

Schedule:  Full-time (including evening/weekend shifts)

We are hiring a Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist to join our busy accommodation business with 8 locations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bairro Alto, combining front desk reception duties for our main hostel, with customer support for our self check-in properties.

To be successful, you must work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be a skilled multitasker and possess excellent communication skills.
