JOB SUMMARY:

Receiving are responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials, supplies, and product. Team members are expected to follow all safety protocols, participate in department meetings, communicate effectively with internal departments, and remain flexible to support changing business needs.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload deliveries and inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and quality.

• Accurately document all receipts into inventory or production systems following company procedures.

• Collaborate with purchasing, quality, and production departments to resolve discrepancies or issues with shipments.

• Label, tag, and properly stage materials for storage or use in production.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to safely move materials.
