Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and stock
• Verify quantities and quality of goods against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
• Capture and process receiving documentation accurately
• Ensure all stock received is correctly labelled and stored
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to management
• Maintain accurate stock and receiving records
• Assist with stock control and stock-taking procedures
• Ensure receiving areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and production teams regarding deliveries and stock queries
• Follow company procedures relating to food safety and quality standards
