Summary About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist (Document Examiner), GS-1170-05/07 position with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Post-Secondary Students and Recent Graduates. Responsibilities Responsible for preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, detailed Real Estate Planning Reports and Real Estate Summary and Lease Planning Reports, required in planning the acquisition of real estate. Assist in reviewing title evidence for compliance with applicable USACE and the Department of Justice standards identifying potential issues.
