Job Responsibilities
Maximize our advertisers’ return on ad spend: contribute to selecting the best ad and calculating the optimal bid for each of the 4 million ad opportunities per second our platform processes.
Modelling: solve challenges of the Real Time Bidding environment such as predicting the user response to an ad, the auction’s closing price and more; address machine learning hurdles not covered in the scientific literature, like extreme positive sample sparsity and labeling delay.
Execute the project end-to-end: research the state of the art, design, develop and deploy full‑stack ML solutions at web scale; own the logic and implementation, building it and running it.
Analyze data and evaluate improvements: deep‑dive into model evaluation and AB tests’ statistical significance to ensure growth is built on signal, not noise.
Contribute ideas and influence decisions: bring thoughtful ideas to add to our product roadmap.
