We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage our real estate deals from contract to closing. If you are a pro at keeping files compliant and deadlines on track, we want you!



What You’ll Do:

-- Manage the Process: Oversee transactions from purchase agreement to final closing.

-- Coordinate: Work closely with title/escrow, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.

-- Communicate: Keep clients, agents, and lenders updated regularly.

-- Compliance: Submit all paperwork to the broker to ensure files are 100% compliant.

-- Organize: Schedule moving dates, closing meetings, and update the client database.



What We’re Looking For:

-- Experience: At least 6 months in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.

-- Skills: Excellent English (written and verbal) and close attention to detail.

-- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and manage time well.
