In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients through live chat, email, and phone.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning independently, can manage multiple communication channels at once, and is comfortable building client-facing responses without relying solely on templates. Strong English skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
