Job Description

This position provides real estate related professional services, controls real estate assets and protects Church real estate interests. If you are detail-minded, capable of multi-tasking and serving with a professional team, please apply.

  • Identify, evaluate, acquire, dispose, manage, negotiate, lease, close, and otherwise conduct activities related to Church real estate interests.
  • Manage projects and professional services providers (corporate services and other disciplines and support processes; prepare/review binding legal documents).
  • Provide technical real estate advice and be a resource for customers.
  • Analyse, prepare and deliver presentations for approvals.
  • Project management report meetings and administrative duties.
  • Performs ad hoc assignments as directed
