Team Intro: The Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team is part of the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence within ByteDance's global Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department. The team tracks and drives the optimisation and consistency of office core experiences, and provides process consulting and guidance for RE&F and other Corporate Service team on global projects.

• Develop a deep understanding of the real estate business to analyse processes, identify issues, propose solutions, and improve operational efficiency across cross‑functional teams.
