Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee property management operations ensuring efficient maintenance and tenant satisfaction minimizing vacancies and maximizing property value
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess property values guiding strategic real estate decisions
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements ensuring favorable terms for the company while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage and maintain relationships with tenants addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive tenant-landlord interactions
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Possesses relevant certifications such as a Real Estate License or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification
