LHH is partnering with a national organization to identify a Real Estate Asset Manager to support a large, active real estate portfolio. This is a highly visible role working closely with legal, accounting, and operations teams, with a strong focus on lease reporting, portfolio management, and process improvement (including AI-driven efficiencies).

This position reports directly to the General Counsel and offers strong cross-functional exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ owned and leased properties (primarily NNN leases)
• Oversee key reporting, including:

Monthly rent reconciliations

Rent escalations
