Ausley & McMullen is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney with 0-4+ years of transactional experience in commercial and/or agricultural real estate and lending.

This is a strong fit for a transactional attorney seeking mentorship from experienced partners, exposure to sophisticated middle‑market matters, a lower billable‑hour target than many larger firms, and a path to build a real estate and lending transactional practice within an established law firm.
