Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of active experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong existing network with developers and industry stakeholders
• Fluent in English and additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong plus
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
• Exceptionally well‑presented with strong professional acumen
• Proactive, money‑motivated, and deeply loyal to the brand they represent

Responsibilities

• Actively deal in both off‑plan and secondary market properties
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, and key market stakeholders
• Represent Avaanta Properties with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Be a visible brand ambassador, including on‑camera content for social media
