Job Description
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and answer their questions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare and process necessary documents, including agreements and leases
