POSITION: Real Estate Acquisition Officer

WORK LOCATION: Pasay City

SALARY: 30,000 PHP – 45,000 PHP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source and evaluate property investment opportunities

- Negotiate deals and manage acquisitions

- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance

- Prepare closing documents and contracts

- Support portfolio growth and risk management

- Provide regular reports to management



QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in property acquisition

- With strong networks for property management industry
