Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for the development of high‑performance miniature circuit breakers. The role is based onsite and reports to the R&D Manager Critical Power and the R&D Platform Owner High Performance MCB's.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasking of employees from other departments to investigate problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations.


• Analyze technical and economic aspects of proposed solutions to support decision‑making.


• Identify and execute tasks to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.


• Develop, plan, implement, and coordinate recommendations for studies to promote innovation.


• Represent the organization at international meetings.


• Interact with customers to resolve key technical issues and develop appropriate action plans.
