Job Description

• Design and prototype automated production systems and workflows
• Integrate robotics for material handling, fastening, and finishing
• Optimise CNC machinery, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Improve factory layouts, production flow, and takt time
• Lead hands‑on testing and pilot trials in an R&D environment
• Support integration between production equipment and digital design systems

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in manufacturing, automation, or process engineering
• Strong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar)
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, or robotics
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset

Qualification

• BEng/ BSc in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Masters advantageous
