Job Description

Our client is seeking a Research and Development Manager who will be taking care of startup manufacturing beverages, and handling premium products with international standards and will be a part of the management team, mainly focusing on developing new beverage products and all the research and development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and directing research and development projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Capitalizing on potential new products and managing the day-to-day performance.
  • Understanding customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
  • Determining and executing improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
  • Establishing project goals and priorities by collaborating with other cross-functional teams.
