Overview

We are looking for an R&D Low Voltage Engineer to work on the development and optimization of low‑voltage protection product. This role is based in Schaffausen, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tasks within cross‑functional teams to investigate technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and prepare recommendations.
• Analyze technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to support decision‑making processes.
• Drive product engineering activities for low‑voltage protection products and miniature circuit breakers.
• Support development and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing sites, and engineering teams on a global level.
• Ensure design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) and design‑for‑assembly (DFA) principles are applied throughout development.
