The R&D Lab Technician supports product development by compounding formulas for internal testing and customer projects while ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and quality standards. This role maintains accurate records, manages lab inventories, and upholds a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
+ Compound formulas for internal testing and for customer-specific projects according to established procedures.
+ Perform batch formulation in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP guidelines.
+ Maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients, chemicals, and laboratory supplies to support ongoing lab activities.
