Range Conducting Officer - Flight Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Flight Test Engineer to lead and support UAV flight test campaigns for our customers. This role is critical in ensuring system performance, safety, and regulatory compliance through structured testing, detailed analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

You will play a hands-on role across the full flight test lifecycle - from planning and execution to data analysis and continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute UAV flight test campaigns for customer programs
• Define flight test profiles, scenarios, and objectives
• Coordinate with customer logistics teams and program managers for test planning, transportation, and on-site activities
