As a Reliability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems and equipment through proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
βΒ· Perform regular inspections, assessments, and analyses of equipment and systems to identify potential failures, defects, or inefficiencies.
βΒ· Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to evaluate the integrity and performance of critical components.
βΒ· Interpret data from various condition monitoring sources such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing to assess equipment health and predict potential failures.
βΒ· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
βΒ· Generate reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to optimize equipment reliability and performance....
