What is the opportunity?The Chief Administration Office (CAO) provides support to our Client Facing Teams (CFT), driving success through three core principles: Protect, Sustain, and Grow. We safeguard client outcomes, enhance productivity, and create capacity for new business opportunities.Reporting to the Head of CAO Business Change Solutions, the Lead Change Manager leads adoption and organisational change delivery for strategically important, complex transformations across the client facing business within RBC Wealth Management Europe (WME). You will own adoption strategy for all CAO led projects, and partner with the Head of Business Solutions on portfolio-level change saturation and readiness.
