Job Description

• Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy documents (contracts, drawings, reports, correspondence)
• Implement document numbering and identification systems for easy retrieval and tracking
• Process document submissions and conduct quality checks for compliance
• Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and project teams
• Maintain document registers and tracking databases
• Archive and retrieve documents according to retention policies
• Assist with document audits and compliance reviews
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
• Liaise with various teams to facilitate smooth document flow
