Our leading manufacturing client is looking for an experienced Raw Materials Store Team Leader to manage an offsite raw materials and secondary packaging operation in Kwa Zulu-Natal. Key Performance Areas Overall supervision of the offsite Raw Materials Store, including secondary packaging and divider cleaning operations. Ensure correct batching and strict FIFO management of all materials, including cataloguing of regrind and issuing oldest stock first. Oversee the goods returns process for secondary packaging, including: Customer returns Inspection for damage and scrap Notification to the business of damages Return of acceptable stock Identify control risks and implement mitigation measures (e.g. stock counts, stock movements, and process controls).
