Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier rates within Terra Novaβs systems. This role involves liaising with accommodation and activity suppliers, updating internal tracking documents, loading and verifying rates in Tourplan, attending to rate mailbox enquiries and assisting with various administrative tasks related to supplier data.
As a Rates Administrator, you will report directly to the Product Manager, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
β Request rates and information from suppliers and build and nurture strong relationships with said suppliers.
β Update supplier information in the Product tracking documents once rates and details are received.
β Upload rates and relevant information onto the booking system (Tourplan).
β Conduct thorough rate checks within our booking system (Tourplan).
