Whether you are an Assistant Ranger who’s ready to step up, or a Ranger or related countryside professional who’s ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll be working at the forefront of nature conservation and land management, as an integral part of a dedicated team of upland Rangers within the wider Fix the Fells Partnership, in a World Heritage Site landscape that’s important for its rural communities, agriculture, wildlife and is beloved by millions of visitors.

Salary: £27,612 per annum

Contract Duration: Permanent 

Working Pattern: Typically, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. From April to October, hours may shift to 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with an additional rest day to support recovery from the physical demands of the role.
