Transdev Canada is actively seeking an Operations Supervisor for the role of overseeing contractual obligations within the Hazel McCallion Line’s operations team. This includes direct supervision of transit services and working in the Operations Control Centre to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous operations.

Your role

• Oversee daily operations for all transit staff and contractual agreements
• Manage daily schedule and on‑time performance
• Supervise hourly and regular staff, and familiarize new and current operating personnel with operations, contracts, policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance to all standards and project agreements, various local and network instructions to achieve a safe, secure and customer friendly environment. Participate on task forces related to operational improvements, safety and security
