- Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Procedures: XR, CT, MR, US, Flouro, Light IR Procedures Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active PA License
- Board Certification: Required
- DEA Registration: Required
- NPDB Self-Query Report: Required within 30 days of presentation
