X-Ray Tech

Agency must supply radiation badge. Position / Specialty: X-Ray Tech. Shift: 4x10s, Thurs-Sun 8a-6p, or 3x12s Fri-Sun 7a-7p. Daily caseload per tech: approx. 25-30 for a 12-hour shift. Is on-call required? No. Weekend requirement: Yes, see shift details. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Floating required to sister facilities? No. Years of experience required: 1 year or more. First-time travelers accepted? Yes. National certs required: BLS, CPR, ARRT (R), SCRQSA (R). Radiation badge required: Yes. Radiation badge must be provided by agency; MUSC does not provide radiation badges to travelers. Equipment experience preferred: GE c-arms, Shimadzu portables, and Siemens rooms. Open to accommodating block schedule? Preferably not. Local radius: 60-miles. Locals accepted? No local travelers accepted.
