Job Description
Position Summary:
The Radiation Therapist is responsible for localization of treatment areas and administration of radiation treatments to patients under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
+ Graduated from an accredited Radiation Therapy school
+ American Heart Association BLS
+ American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Preferred
+ Essential Job Functions:
In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements.
+ Administers radiation therapy
+ Ensures all documents required for treatment are completed.
+ Performs simulations and simulation radiography (i.e. CT, MRI, and PET) to localize treatment area while confirming treatment plan with the Radiation Oncologi...
