**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Radiology Tech Clinical Educator you will be a pivotal role that involves fostering expertise, ensuring competency, and driving quality improvement within our cutting-edge Cath Lab and related cardiovascular areas.

Every day, will you design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for Cath Lab staff, including Rad Techs, RNs, and CVTs. This includes developing and managing the Cath Lab 101 training program for Rad Techs.

To be succesfull in this role, you will lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies as directed, with a focus on enhancing Cath Lab operations and patient outcomes.
