Racial Equity Clinical Psychologist in Staff Psychology

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled clinical/counselling psychologist with expertise in racial equity work and staff wellbeing to join our award‑winning Trust‑wide Staff Psychology Service at North Bristol NHS Trust (soon to become the Bristol NHS Foundation Trust) as part of maternity cover for our substantive post‑holder.

Working with the service Lead, the post holder's role will be to provide accessible and culturally‑specific racial equity and trauma‑informed psychology support to global majority colleagues, both individually and in groups, as well as training and consultancy to teams and leaders to foster a culture of compassion, psychological safety and care for our global majority colleagues within our organisation.
