About the Role

oin Brightwater as a Rostering Officer and play a key role in supporting our Residential Aged Care (RAC) services through effective workforce scheduling. You’ll be responsible for coordinating staff rosters to ensure the right people are in place to deliver safe, high-quality care—while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Working within a centralised rostering team, you will collaborate closely with Service Managers and frontline staff to respond to workforce needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a permanent part time role working 54 hours per fortnight on rotating rosters working 1 Saturday per fortnight.
