**MercyOne Centerville** is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its established practice in Centerville, IA in the Quick Care setting seeing walk-in, acute visits for patients of all ages. Located in the heart of Southern Iowa, this practice offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and professional fulfillment. **Schedule:**

+ 12 hour shifts
+ 3 days per week with every 3rd weekend rotation

**Hours:**

+ Weekdays: 7:00AM - 6:30PM
+ Weekends: 7:00AM - 12:30PM
