Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on sub-contract procurement initiatives
• Manage subcontractor accounts and related variations
• Conduct and manage monthly valuations with clients
• Address and finalize project accounts accordingly
Requirements:
• HNC or construction-related degree preferred
• Familiarity with JCT forms of contract needed
• Full authorization to work in the UK
• Must live within commute of Oxford
