We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Interior Design and Architecture project experience to manage costing, tendering and contract administration for commercial, residential and fit‑out projects.

• Prepare cost estimation, budgeting and tender documents
• Conduct quantity take‑off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and variations throughout project execution
• Prepare progress claims, payment certifications and final accounts
• Liaise closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and clients
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Assist project team in cost control and value engineering
