Overview

Hire Resolve is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company in Wellington, Western Cape.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Manage project costs and contracts to keep projects within budget and up to quality standards.
  • Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.
  • Analyze costs and create budgets.
  • Handle project costs, payments, and financial forecasts.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor expenses and manage financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and contract terms.
  • Work with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
