Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform taking off and measurement of quantities
- Source, review and negotiation of quotations
- Work closely and liaise with both internal colleagues and external project stakeholders
- Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters
- Manage, preparation, submission and liaise with clients/consultants on the evaluation of monthly progress claims / variation claims including final account
- Manage, evaluate and preparation of subcontractors’ claim and payments including final accounts
- Assist in quotation and tender preparation
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
