Job Description
1. Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates and tender pricing.
2. Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals and value engineering options.
4. Administer contracts, subcontract agreements and commercial correspondences.
5. Monitor project budget, cost control, cash flow and cost forecasting.
6. Prepare, evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims.
7. Prepare, evaluate for Main claim submission.
8. Measure and evaluate variation works, claims and additional costs.
9. Prepare monthly cost reports, accruals and financial summaries.
10. Cost control for material ordering i.e. Concrete and Rebar.
11. Manage subcontractor commercial matters including procurement and final accounts.
