Job Description
Responsibilities
- Of project cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
- Valuations – including value engineering and management.
- Feasibility studies on bids.
- Cost benefit analysis.
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets, etc.).
- Risk analysis evaluations on individual projects/bids.
- Managing project funding sources and submitting bids.
- Valuations on subcontractor’s performance.
- Monitor and access to subcontractor’s claims and quality of work, including work timeline.
- Minimum two years in QS field.
- In related trade, minimum two to three years.
- Experience with Stadpro.
