Support the Deputy Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or QS Manager in overseeing and guiding a team of project QSs.

• Assist in preparing cost budget, preparing cash flow for the project, tracking changes in design/construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Assist with an extension of time and cost claims.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate with the technical team to ensure that quotations comply with specifications and the method of construction.
• Produce quantity measurement within the targeted timeline.
• Prepare and call quotations, including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts for the project.
