To support the Tender Manager in all tendering activities, including quantity take-off, cost estimation, sourcing quotations, cost comparison, tender evaluation, and preparation of tender analysis reports.

• Prepare quantity take-off and Bills / Schedule of Quantities (BQ/SOQ).
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, including price comparison and evaluation.
• Assist in cost estimation, unit rate build-up, budgeting, and preparation of tender submissions.
• Prepare, analyse, and present tender cost summaries and reports for management review.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits, and show rounds as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
