Location: Berkshire (regional projects)
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Package

A well-established main contractor based in Berkshire is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.
The business operates across healthcare, education, housing, and leisure sectors, delivering projects typically between £3m-£14m. Their work is a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes, predominantly under JCT Design & Build contracts.
