Quantity Surveyor - RC Structural Subcontractor Location:
Singapore Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Budgeting Perform detailed taking-off and measurement of quantities from drawings
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans
Assist in project budget preparation and monthly reporting
Procurement & Supply Chain Source subcontractors and suppliers, issue tender inquiries, review quotations
Support negotiations to secure competitive pricing
Assist in progress payments for subcontractors and loaned workers
Contract & Financial Management Prepare, submit, and certify progress claims
Assess Variation Orders (VOs) and additional works
Support finalization of project accounts
Stakeholder & Site Coordination Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, and consultants
Attend project meetings and provide commercial updates
Conduct site walks to verify work progress for claims
