A growing civil and construction team is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to take full ownership of project cost management and delivery. This dual-role position involves both quantity surveying responsibilities and active project management from tender to close-out, ensuring all goals, standards, and quality benchmarks are met efficiently and within budget.

You will work closely with the operations team and clients, balancing detailed cost estimation and reporting with real-time site coordination, contract administration, and proactive project oversight.
