Prepare and submit for all the permits and clearance from relevant authorities prior to commence works. Work closely with client representatives and consultants for effective resolution of project matters and management of Client/Consultants expectation Evaluation and certification of monthly progress claims. Assign job responsibilities to the site team. Proactively manage and take lead in Variation Works identification and management serving Notice of Variation Works on time and follow up with relevant documentation substantiation and liaising with internal Tender and Contract Dept for costing build up and claim submissions.
