Minimum requirements: BSc Quantity Surveying (Preferable) or BTech in Quantity Surveying Minimum of 10 Years Experience Financial control of projects Cost reporting Managing site expenditure Prepare interim valuations Prepare and process sub-contractors payments Value scope changes, site instructions an variation orders.
