Quantity Surveyor
Nottinghamshire
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + £600 p/m car allowance, half day Friday, flexible start/finish times
The Company
Our client delivers critical electrical infrastructure for sectors including data centres and hospitals. With six manufacturing facilities and all design, test, manufacture and installation carried out in-house, they have built a reputation for delivering complex solutions to major projects nationwide.
The business is experiencing strong growth, supported by long-term project wins and a robust order book. As a result they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.
The Role
The role of Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from award through to final account, ensuring effective cost control, risk management, and contract administration.
