Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with HQ Contracts & Solutions teams to develop strategies and processes to mitigate risk
  • Involved in tender and pre-contract process, contract administration and claims
  • Liaise with consultants to establish client requirements and prepare tender submissions
  • Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies and quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities, source and select sub-contractors
  • Compile and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements
  • Allocate work to sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring prompt and quality delivery according to contractual obligations
  • Analyse, track and monitor expenses and project costs to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and successful project delivery
  • Manage and evaluate variation request order, assess and obtain approval for associated variation costs
